anyways, i heard there was no dedicated server, but it was massachi's server. on which i'd like to say this: http://www.ecovps.com/vps.html
40 euro for 2 gb, could easily host 40 people, or 20 ppl for 20 euro, basically it's gonna cost you 1 dollar per slot, they say the 1 gb can host 18-22 people easy.
also offers 1.5 gb for 30 euro
ecovps is a good vps company that's pretty cheap, but needs you to know how to set up a simple server,
http://main.jestservers.com/ is a hosting company, that will do everything for you, fully automatic, you can install runecrafting and llamacraft ( and some other addon i forgot) in one click, but it doesn't allow you to install hey0, automatic restart after crash etc. works on that. llamacraft for antigrief.

that's pretty much all i've got, a no-mod-except-llamacraft/rc'ing will cost you 44 euro for 2 gb, or 22 euro for 1 gb,

also, i noticed we get 50 dollar ( up to now ) donations, that's enough for a server, i'm sorry if that offends people, i don't know where the donations go to at this moment, ( maybe some classic server or something ) but if you get that amount donated monthly, you could easily host a server which can contain 40-50 people from ecovps.

A friend of my can install minecraft on ecovps if you use it, he has teh skills
