    Just checking somthing, say i banned someone that wanted to get unbanned and posted a unban appeal. Is it up to me if he's unbanned? or a superop+??

    I am the only one allowed to approve or decline appeals.
    Me, Massachi and Adrian are the only ones allowed to approve/decline advbuilder apps, and only me and Adrian are allowed to approve/decline moderator apps.
